<p>I just finished Porrevecchio Advertising Agency&#8217;s website using a Flash/XML template. All the text and images are separated from the FLA files which makes it a breeze to update content. I&#8217;ve always thought Flash was great because as a designer you could careless about the browser being used, it always looked the same. But opening the FLA files to make edits was a bit cumbersome. With external XML files the content is so easily updated. Flash has a wow factor and is very powerful in presenting content. CSS is rapidly closing that gap though. <a href="http://db-dg.com/test/porrevecchio/candy/#/home/">View site in action</a>.</p>
<p><a href="/images/porrevecchio/porrevecchio-web.jpg"><img class="alignnone" title="Web" src="/images/porrevecchio/porrevecchio-web.jpg" alt="Web" width="155" /></a> <a href="http://www.db-dg.com/images/porrevecchio/porrevecchio-radio.jpg"><img class="alignnone" title="Radio" src="/images/porrevecchio/porrevecchio-radio.jpg" alt="Radio" width="155" /></a> <a href="http://www.db-dg.com/images/porrevecchio/porrevecchio-contact.jpg"><img class="alignnone" title="Contact" src="/images/porrevecchio/porrevecchio-contact.jpg" alt="Contact" width="155" /></a></p>

I recently came up with a mockup for a site redesign.  I did these four color variations.  The frontpage would make use of SlideDeck which helps the client organize a bunch of information.

This is the website I had to improve on.
